中文摘要:为实现具有环境数据采集功能的智能小车控制,设计并实现了基于Ardu-no控制板的控制系统。选用Arduino Mega 2560控制板为控制核心,搭配DS1-B20温度传感器、DHT11湿度传感器、MQ-2烟雾传感器、超声波测距传感器、E-P8266Wifi通讯模块组成硬件系统;采用PWM脉宽调制技术调节小车行进速度,PID算法调节小车的行进方向。调试结果表明,小车具有基于Wifi的无线遥控操作功能,能够对起所处环境中的温度、湿度、烟雾数据进行实时测量、采集和传输,并能自动检测前方障碍物。证明了基于Arduino控制板的控制系统在环境数据采集智能小车中应用的可行性。

Design and Realization of Control System for Data Acquisition Intelligent Car Based on Aiduino Control Board
Abstract:In order to control the smart car which can colle-ct data from the environment, this paper designs a control system based on the Arduino control panel. In terms of the hardware,this paper selects the control panel Arduino Mega 2560,DS1-8B20 temperature sensor,DHT11 humidity sensor,MQ-2 smoke sensor, ultrasonic distance sensor and ESP8266 WiFi communica-tion module. In this control system, this paper uses PWM technology to adjust the speed of the car and PID algorithm to adjust the moving direction of the car. Debugging results indicate that the car has a series of functions, such as Wifi-based remote control function, detecting the obstacle automatically, real-time measurement and transmission of the data including temperature, humidity and smoke. As a result,we can draw a conclusion that Arduino-based control panel inthe control system is feasible in the process of collecting data from the environment.
