中文摘要:针对永磁同步电机运行过程中气隙磁场畸变和逆变器非线性因素导致的永磁电机电磁转矩脉动问题,提出了一种基于谐振调节器和谐波注入抑制永磁电机转矩脉动的方法。分析了永磁电机在运行过程中产生的谐波数学模型,设计了基于谐振调节器的前馈控制环节、谐波提取算法和谐波电压注入算法。最后在Simulink仿真实验平台上进行了仿真分析,成功的抑制了电机中的电流谐波含量,减小了电流的失真度,改善了电机输出转矩的平滑性,验证了谐振调节器前馈控制和谐波注入抑制算法的正确性和可行性。

A Novel Torque Ripple Reduction Method for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors
Abstract:Aiming at the problem of electromagnetic torque ripple of permanent magnet motor caused by the magnetic field of air-gap and the nonlinearity of the inverter during the operation of the permanent magnet synchronous motor.A method for suppressing torque ripple of permanent magnet motor based on harmonic modulator and harmonic injection. The mathematical model of the harmonics generated during the operation of the permanent magnet motor is analyzed. The feed forward control section based on the resonant regulator, the harmonic extraction algorithm and the harmonic wave injection algorithm are designed. Finally, simulation analysis was performed on the Simulink simulation experiment platform, which successfully suppressed the current harmonic content in the motor, reduced the current distortion, improved the smoothness of the output torque of the motor, and verified the feedforward control of the resonant regulator. The correctness and feasibility of harmonic injection suppression algorithm.
