中文摘要:嵌入式系统硬件的可靠性与其质量和使用寿命是直接相关的,针对硬件的修改代价是巨大的,因此,有必要在嵌入式系统硬件设计阶段,对其进行可靠性建模和评估,来保证其可靠性。为了深入研究嵌入式系统硬件的构成对其可靠性的影响,本文基于Markov设计了一种嵌入式硬件可靠性模型(Embedded hardware reliability model,EHRM),EHRM从硬件构成、功能模块和硬件系统三个层面来描述可靠性约束。在EHRM基础上,本文设计了一种基于Markov模型的可靠性评估方法,来对EHRM进行可靠性定量评估。最后,本文通过一个自动站间闭塞控制器验证了EHRM的清晰性和简单性,评估方法的正确性和有效性。

An Embedded Hardware Reliability Modeling and Evaluation Method
Abstract:The reliability of Embedded System Hardware (ESH) is directly related to its quality and service life. The cost of hardware modification is huge. Therefore, it is necessary to model and evaluate the reliability of the ESH design stage to ensure its reliability. In order to deeply study the influence of the structure of ESH on its reliability, this paper designs an Embedded Hardware Reliability Model (EHRM) based on Markov. EHRM consists of hardware components, functional modules and hardware systems to describe reliability constraints. Based on EHRM, this paper designs a reliability evaluation method based on Markov model to quantitatively evaluate the reliability of EHRM. Finally, the paper verifies the clarity and simplicity of EHRM through an automatic inter-station occlusion controller, and the correctness and effectiveness of the evaluation method.
