中文摘要:针对新设备需要带负荷校验保护装置所引起的系统方式调整和倒闸操作风险,以及一些新建厂站由于短期内无法组织负荷而影响设备投产等问题,为了提高经济效益及尽量缩短主设备的启动试验时间,本文针对模拟带负荷测试进行了研究。本文设计的模拟带负荷继电保护向量检测装置能够模拟一次回路各种三相对称、不对称向量,介绍了模拟试验的技术原理,并对母线、线路及变压器的负荷向量进行了模拟,分别对母差保护、线路保护和变压器差动保护等进行了模拟试验。试验表明,本文设计的技术方案,既能满足常规变电站,也能满足智能变电站测试需求,既能测试母差保护、线路保护,也能测试主变差动等各种保护,在实际调试、试验中效率高、试验结果实用可信,易被认可,易推广。 |

Abstract:In order to improve the economic efficiency and minimize the main equipment, the system equipment needs to be adjusted and the risk of switching operation caused by the load check protection device for new equipment, and some new plant stations may not be able to organize the load in a short period of time and affect the equipment production. Starting the test time, this paper studied the simulated load test. The simulated load-bearing relay protection vector detection device designed in this paper can simulate various three-phase symmetry and asymmetry vectors of primary loops. The technical principle of simulation test is introduced, and the load vectors of busbars, lines and transformers are simulated. Simulation tests were carried out for busbar protection, line protection and transformer differential protection. The test shows that the technical scheme designed in this paper can meet the requirements of conventional substation and intelligent substation testing. It can test various protections such as busbar protection, line protection, and main transformer differential. The efficiency is high, the test results are practical and credible, easy to be recognized, and easy to promote. |
