外力破坏影响下的输电线路综合监测与预警系统

中文摘要:针对以往输电线路需要大量人员巡查盯守且监测效率低的缺陷,研究外力破坏影响下的输电线路综合监测与预警系统。系统单片机选取MSP430F5438芯片,通过杆塔监测子系统的传感器模块内红外烟雾传感器、气象传感器、倾角传感器、振动传感器、红外传感器、导线弧垂传感器六种传感器检测输电线路受外力破坏情况。存在外力破坏情况时利用云存储智能摄像头采集输电线路现场视频,利用光纤通信网络传送至后台主机管理子系统。后台主机管理子系统通过高斯背景模型法,判断外力破坏情况是否符合输电线路杆塔安全距离,不符合安全距离时发出报警指令启动声光报警装置。系统测试结果表明,该系统可稳定监测不同电压等级输电线路受外力破坏情况并及时预警,应用价值较高。

Comprehensive monitoring and early warning system for transmission lines under the influence of external forces
Abstract:In view of the defects of the previous transmission line that a large number of personnel are required to patrol and watch and the monitoring efficiency is low, the comprehensive monitoring and early warning system of transmission line under the influence of external force damage is studied. MSP430F5438 is selected as the single chip of the system, and the transmission line is detected by six sensors in the sensor module of the tower monitoring subsystem: infrared smoke sensor, meteorological sensor, tilt sensor, vibration sensor, infrared sensor and wire sag sensor. In case of external force damage, the cloud storage intelligent camera is used to collect on-site video of the transmission line, which is transmitted to the background host management subsystem through the optical fiber communication network. The background host management subsystem uses the Gauss background model method to judge whether the external force damage conforms to the safe distance of the transmission line tower. If it does not conform to the safe distance, it sends out an alarm command to start the audible and visual alarm device. The test results show that the system can monitor the damage of transmission lines with different voltage levels stably and give early warning in time.
