中文摘要:为提高电力系统设备监测准确性和网络传输性能,设计无线通信网络的电力系统设备远程实时监控系统。该系统中GPRS(General Packet Radio Service,通用分组无线服务技术)监控终端通过PMU(Phasor Measurement Unit,向量测量单元)装置采集电力系统设备现场数据,该装置通过优化配置算法,考虑可观测通道限制,获得节点电压向量和连接该节点的支路电流向量等电力设备现场数据,GPRS监控终端将该数据传输到移动基站,经移动公司服务器传输至监控中心的以太网中,以太网把对应数据分别传输至监控工作站等模块共同实现电力系统设备远程实时监控。经验证,该系统在网络通信方面具有传输成功率高、速度快、误码率低等优势,在监控效果方面具有监控结果准确,抗环境因素影响能力强等特点。

Wireless communication network of power system equipment remote real-time monitoring system
Abstract:In order to improve the monitoring accuracy of power system equipment and the transmission accuracy of monitoring results, a remote real-time monitoring system for power system equipment in wireless communication network was designed. In this system, the MONITORING terminal of GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) collects on-site data of the power system equipment through the PMU device. The device measures the voltage vector of the node and the branch current vector connecting the node by optimizing the configuration algorithm and considering the limitation of the observable channel. The GPRS monitoring terminal will transmit the collected field data to the mobile base station, which will be transmitted to the Ethernet of the monitoring center through the server of the mobile company, and realize the remote real-time monitoring of the power system equipment jointly by the monitoring workstation and other modules. It is proved that the system has the advantages of high transmission success rate, fast speed and low bit error rate in network communication, accurate monitoring results and strong ability to resist the influence of environmental factors in monitoring effect.
