电容式传感系统数据处理电路的设计

中文摘要:传感器技术是现代自动化和信息化产业的重要组成部分,电容式传感器以其非接触测量、稳定性好等优点在微机电系统中有着广泛的应用。提出了一种电容式传感系统数据处理电路的设计方法,整体阐述了传感系统的组成,主要设计了电容转换电路,差动放大电路和低通滤波电路,在电路设计过程中通过Multisim10软件进行了电路仿真测试和数据分析。经过综合调试,该电容式传感系统灵敏度高,工作状态稳定能够满足实际要求。

Design of Data Processing Circuit for Capacitive Sensor System
Abstract:Sensor technology is an important part of modern automation and information industry. Capacitive sensor is widely used in MEMS for its advantages of non-contact measurement and good stability. In this paper, a design method of data processing circuit for capacitive sensor system is proposed. The composition of the sensor system is described as a whole and the capacitance conversion circuit, differential amplifier circuit and low-pass filter circuit are mainly designed. In the process of circuit design, the circuit simulation test and data analysis are carried out by Multisim10 software. After comprehensive debugging, the capacitive sensor system has high sensitivity, stable working state, and can meet the actual requirements.
