基于ARMA模型的园区变频液压电梯能耗优化控制

中文摘要:为了提升电梯节能比率,降低园区电梯能耗,提出基于ARMA模型的园区变频液压电梯能耗优化控制方法。分析变频驱动液压电梯的节能原理,以及其在满载上、下行以及空载上、下行4种极限运行状态下的耗能情况,通过平稳性和白噪声检验、模型定阶、模型拟合和检验等步骤建立ARMA模型,充分分析液压电梯在满载上行和空载下行时的运行能耗参数时间属性,通过自回归滑动分析,增强电梯能耗预测性能,实现液压电梯运行能耗的优化控制。实验结果表明,该方法的能耗预测相对误差平均值较小,可有效预测出电梯空载及载重下行时能耗变化情况,该方法能耗优化控制后的节能比率不受电梯轿厢载重质量提升的影响,且优化控制后的电梯节能比率始终高于30%,具备较好的变频液压电梯能耗优化控制效果。

Energy consumption optimization control of variable frequency hydraulic elevator in park based on ARMA model
Abstract:In order to improve the energy-saving ratio of elevators and reduce the energy consumption of elevators in the park, an energy consumption optimization control method of variable frequency hydraulic elevators in the park based on ARMA model is proposed. Analyze the energy-saving principle of variable frequency drive hydraulic elevator and its energy consumption under the four limit operation states of full load up and down and no-load up and down, establish ARMA model through the steps of stability and white noise test, model order determination, model fitting and test, fully analyze the time attribute of operation energy consumption parameters of hydraulic elevator under full load up and no-load down, and enhance the prediction performance of elevator energy consumption through autoregressive sliding analysis, Realize the optimal control of hydraulic elevator operation energy consumption. The experimental results show that the average relative error of energy consumption prediction of this method is small, and can effectively predict the change of energy consumption when the elevator is unloaded and loaded downward. The energy-saving ratio after energy consumption optimization control of this method is not affected by the improvement of elevator car load quality, and the energy-saving ratio of elevator after optimization control is always higher than 30%, which has a good effect of energy consumption optimization control of variable frequency hydraulic elevator.
