应用站场可视化电子围栏的人员侵线报警方法

中文摘要:针对应用站场环境复杂且光照强度不均,监控视频不清晰,人员侵线报警不准确的问题,提出应用站场可视化电子围栏的人员侵线报警方法。自适应加权中值滤波算法滤除监控视频中存在的噪声,融合帧间差分法和背景差法构建背景更新差分法,实时更新背景图像并补偿图像光照,用于运动人员目标检测。采用均值漂移算法跟踪受遮挡的移动人员目标,根据目标识别结果和相关阈值判定人员侵线情况,作出报警或解除报警处理。实验结果表明,所提方法的监控视频处理效果较为理想、精确率、召回率和F1值较高、参数数量和浮点运算次数较少。

Personnel intrusion alarm method using station and yard visual electronic fence
Abstract:Aiming at the problems of complex application station environment, uneven illumination intensity, unclear monitoring video and inaccurate personnel intrusion alarm, a personnel intrusion alarm method based on visual electronic fence is proposed. The adaptive weighted median filter algorithm filters out the noise in the surveillance video, and combines the inter frame difference method and the background difference method to construct the background update difference method. The background image is updated in real time and the image illumination is compensated for the target detection of moving personnel. The mean shift algorithm is used to track the occluded moving personnel target. According to the target recognition results and relevant thresholds, the personnel intrusion is determined, and the alarm or alarm cancellation is made. The experimental results show that the proposed method has ideal video processing effect, high accuracy, recall and F1 value, and less number of parameters and floating-point operations.
