Abstract:Aiming at the problems of uneven distribution and low warehousing efficiency, which do not fully consider the factors such as nearby storage of goods, in order to effectively improve work efficiency and space utilization, an automatic allocation method of storage location in intelligent flexible warehouse based on immune genetic algorithm is designed. Taking the shelf load-bearing principle of ensuring light weight at the top and heavy weight at the bottom, the goal of first in and last out, and the storage of related goods nearby as the allocation goals, the immune genetic algorithm is used to continuously iterate and calculate, endow it with automation attributes, and give the same virtual appropriate value to individuals at all levels, so as to realize the automatic allocation of cargo spaces in intelligent flexible warehouses. The results show that after application, the proposed method can distribute heavy goods at the bottom, improve the search efficiency of the algorithm, ensure a shorter warehousing time, and meet the requirements of automatic operation and maintenance mode of intelligent flexible warehouse. |
