中文摘要:柔性直流配电孤岛状态剧烈变化,潮流分布偏离正常值,电流整定控制效果较差。因此,提出基于潮流熵和自组织映射(Self-organizing Map,SOM)算法的柔性直流配电继电保护装置控制方法。设置防孤岛保护阈值,采用SOM算法构建SOM网络拓扑结构图,设置柔性直流配电继电保护装置纵联控制指令,在根据纵联控制指令变化需求整定纵联控制电流值,实现柔性直流配电继电保护装置的整定控制。实验结果表明,该方法短路电流均在整定值之内,且电流稳定在1.0KA左右,电流整定控制效果较佳,对于保证柔性直流配电系统的稳定运行具有重要作用。

Flexible DC distribution relay protection device control based on power flow entropy and SOM algorithm
Abstract:The islanding state of flexible DC distribution undergoes drastic changes, the flow distribution deviates from normal values, and the current setting control effect is poor. Therefore, a control method for flexible DC distribution relay protection devices based on power flow entropy and self-organizing map (SOM) algorithm is proposed. Set anti islanding protection threshold, use SOM algorithm to construct SOM network topology diagram, set longitudinal control instructions for flexible DC distribution relay protection device, and adjust the longitudinal control current value according to the changing requirements of the longitudinal control instructions to achieve the setting control of flexible DC distribution relay protection device. The experimental results show that the short-circuit current of this method is within the set value, and the current is stable at around 1.0KA. The current setting control effect is good, which plays an important role in ensuring the stable operation of flexible DC distribution systems.
