| The Design of A Parking Lot Management System Based on Radio Frequency Identification Technology |

| Abstract:The paper expounds architecture of RFID-based parking lot management system and its working principle. It describes the identify process for motor vechiles which are passing in and out the parking lot and introduces the instruction set of PCD and the serial communication protocol. Ultimately, it design the program flow chart of serial communication between PC an PCD by using multithreading technique. |
