中文摘要:DNA计算机要走向实际应用,需要合理的数据结构来有效组织信息。堆栈是典型的数据结构,因此,研究它在DNA计算机中的存储结构具有重要价值。在参考已有研究成果的基础上,结合生物操作和生物酶的特性,提出堆栈在DNA计算机中存储结构的设计方法,并阐述堆栈DNA编码的约束规则。通过实例分析,验证该种堆栈存储结构设计具有可行性。 |

A Storage Structure of Stack Based on DNA Computer |

Abstract:In order to become practical applications, DNA computer needs rational data structure to organize information effectively. The stack is a typical data structure, therefore, it is important to study stack’s storage structure in DNA computer. On the basis of research achievement, the paper proposes the method of designing stack’s storage structure in DNA computer, combining bio-operation and enzymes’ characteristics, and points out constraint rules of stack’s DNA encoding. Through analysis example, the feasibility of the kind of stack storage structure design is demonstrated. |
