中文摘要:介绍后混合饮料机的工作原理,分析CCDX型后混合饮料机温控参数设置的固有缺陷,通过改变糖浆的冷却方式,并利用NTC测得的温度和时间的比值(即升/降温速度)来反映热负荷的变化,从而设定不同的压缩机开/关机温度值。测试结果表明,本文所提的温度参数优化整定方法能有效地解决不能同时满足为了得到合格的饮料所需要的狭窄的温控范围和待机状态下每小时开/关机8次的要求,以及饮用水管路冻结的问题。提高了碳酸饮料产品的质量与生产效率。

Research and Application of Temperature Parameter Setting Base on the Changes of Heat Load in Post-mix Beverages Dispenser
Abstract:The principle of post-mix beverages dispenser is introduced in this paper. Analyzed the main problems CCDX machine is due to a settled temperature setting when compressor on/off in original design couldn’t solve the conflict between the narrow temperature range required to get qualified beverage and the larger temperature range required in the limit of 8 cycles for compressor on / off what defined in specification in order to reduce the energy consumption during standby status. Therefore, it needs different temperature control range when machine in different working states. Solved the existing problem in CCDX machine by changing the cooling path of syrup; setting different temperature value when compressor on / off by measured the ratio of temperature vs. time (raise/cooling rate) what reflected changes in heat load through the NTC.
