中文摘要:在远程自动抄表系统中,集中器是连接系统主站及各种计量仪表或采集终端的关键设备。目前国内一般的集中器主要采用8位单片机作主控芯片,存在处理速度低、不带操作系统、通用性不强、尤其是不支持自动中继等缺点。设计并实现一款新型集中器,该款集中器采用基于ARM920T内核的S3C2410芯片作为主处理器,并以嵌入式Linux操作系统作为微内核,软、硬件模块化设计,遵循DLMS/COSEM标准。此外,对自动中继算法进行改进,极大的提高了抄表成功率。

The Design and Realization of Embedded AMR Concentrator Based on DLMS/COSEM
Abstract:The concentrator is a key device in the AMR system which connects master stations and measure meters. However most main CPU of concentrators are 8 bit Single Chip Micyoco presently, witch no OS, incompatibility, and no auto-relay. In order to solve the problems mentioned above, a new concentrator is devised, which DCU’s main CPU is S3C2410 based on the kernel of ARM920T to improve speed; Embedded Linux to strengthen realtime; and modular design for the software and hardware; the protocol based on DLMS/COSEM to improve compatibility, And an improved auto relay algorithm is designed to improve the success rates of meter reading system, it is showed by application that the improved auto relay algorithm is highly effective.
