中文摘要:位置传感器精度直接影响到伺服系统的控制性能,正余弦编码器细分技术是目前获取高分辨率位置检测精度的主要手段。针对常规细分算法计算时间长的缺点,研究正余弦编码器解码的实现方法和闭环跟踪细分算法,给出细分算法实现框图和设计参数,缩短计算时间,大大提高了测速范围和细分精度。最后在ARM处理器上实现该算法,采样计算频率达500kHz,各个性能满足伺服位置传感器的性能要求,具有很具有极高的使用价值 |

Extracting Fine Position from Sinusoidal Encoder Using Tracking Loop Method |

Abstract:The accuracy of position sensor directly affects the servo control performance, currently extracting fine position from sinusoidal encoder is the primary means to obtain high-accuracy position. For such disadvantage, the algorithm of Extracting fine position is time-consuming, this article research on the implementation and the tracking loop method for extracting fine position from sinusoidal encoder, providing the block diagram of the algorithm and the design parameters to reducing the computation time, it greatly improves the speed range and the accuracy of position. Finally this algorithm is implemented on the ARM processor, the sampling frequency is up to 500kHz,each performance meet the requirements of servo position sensor, with a very high value. |
