中文摘要:结合东风汽车公司某工厂生产实际要求,针对该公司的涂装车间的PLC控制提出基于Control-Link 的OMRON多PLC网络通讯及设备控制设计。本论文阐述系统的结构和功能,系统利用Controller Link网完成PLC与PLC的链接,并完成数据传输。PLC根据数据完成对汽车车身油漆生产全过程的自动控制,对过程中的每一辆车身进行跟踪,记录和分析。实际运行情况表明,该系统大大提高了生产效率,优化了控制。

Design of OMRON Multi-PLC Network Control System Based on Controller Link
Abstract:In this paper, considering the practical requirements of production of the Aeolus Automobile Limited Corporation, a multi-PLC network communication and device control system was designed based on Control-Link OMRON for the company's painting workshop PLC control. Fistly, the connection of PLC and PLC was completed using Control-Link network. Then the automatic control of the entire process of production of auto body paint was realized through PLC with the data. Finaly each car was tracked, recordand and analyzed. It can be obtianed from the actual circumstance that the designed system can improve the production efficiency, and optimize control structure.
