Abstract:This paper designed a digital wire feeder based on DSPic30F2020. Wire feeder is driven by brushless DC motor, and wire speed is fed back directly from the motor. Wire feeder uses the double closed-loop control with current feedback and speed feedback. It has the characteristics of high control precision and good stability. Wire feeder provides a RS485 communication interface, easy to implement digital communication. |
