中文摘要:介绍一种基于SOPC的车牌识别系统的设计方案,利用SOPC Builder创建和配置Nios II软核处理器及其外围设备,实现对图像传感器输出数据的采集、存储和显示;在Nios IDE软件开发平台上设计本系统图像处理的程序流程,通过对车牌图像进行定位、字符分割、字符识别等操作,完成对车牌号的处理。这种基于SOPC技术的车牌识别系统降低系统软硬件设计的难度,缩短开发周期,并提高设计的可靠性,具有较高的实用价值和应用前景。

Design of Vehicle License Plate Recognition System Based on SOPC
Abstract:A design of vehicle license plate recognition system based on SOPC is introduced, use SOPC Builder to create and configure the Nios II soft core processor?and its peripheral equipment to realize the image sensor output data collection, storage and display; the program flow of image processing of the system is designed on the Nios IDE software development platform, through the positioning plate image, character segmentation, character recognition and other operations to complete the processing of license plate number. This kind of vehicle license plate recognition system based on SOPC technology has reduced the difficulty of systematic soft and hardware design, shortened development cycle, raised the reliability of design, and had higher practical value and application prospect.
