中文摘要:针对自来水厂混凝投药过程存在的时滞、非线性等特点，研究混凝投药的工作原理，分析水处理系统实际的生产数据后，提出一种混凝投药控制方案。该控制方案采用流量比例前馈控制与预测控制相结合，实现对混凝投药的复合控制。实验仿真结果表明，提出的预测控制有效实现了混凝投药量的大小控制，再结合比例前馈控制方法，使投药量能够实时在线地根据原水水质的情况进行及时调整。

Application of Predictive Control and Feed-forward Controlin Coagulant Dosing

Abstract:Against to the characters of delay and nonlinear in coagulant dosing process of water treatment system, after researching principle of coagulant dosing, analyzing real production data, a control method is proposed in this paper. It is taken flowing proportional feed-forward control combined with predictive control. It realized the combined control to coagulant dosing. Through simulation: it is realized the control on coagulant dosing effectively by predictive control proposed in this paper and is combined with proportional feed-forward control that made coagulant dose rectified at real time by raw water’s quality.
