中文摘要:针对光伏发电并网系统孤岛效应展开研究,设计基于STC的孤岛检测电路。电路在线检测公共耦合点频率和幅值,通过A/D转换,送至STC12C5A60S2单片机,判断孤岛效应是否发生。一旦发现孤岛现象,STC单片机将输出控制信号,实现孤岛保护。本设计采用电流互感器实现信号转换,同时能够分离高/低电压,实现隔离保护。

Research of Photovoltaic Island Detection Circuit based on STC
Abstract:Through the research of island effect in PV grid-connected system, the island detection circuit is designed based on STC micro-controller for anti-islanding control. The occurrence of island can be detected by testing the frequency and amplitude of PCC (Point of Common Coupling) online. The frequency and amplitude signals of PCC will be collected by A/D converter, and sent to STC12C5A60S2. If the island effect happens, the STC12C5A60S2 will active the island protection circuit. The current transformer is used to converter the signal, and to separate the high / low voltage for protection.
