中文摘要:针对某塑胶厂传统的混合混色注塑生产成型工艺中存在分散的设备占地面积多,生产效率低,机位人手多且生产成本高的问题,设计基于CAN-BUS的混合混色注塑生产成型系统,该系统采用两套注塑生产设备和专用控制传送带,通过CAN-BUS现场总线技术进行高速通信,人机界面进行监视控制,以达到协调生产混合混色注塑产品的自动化生产要求。从应用效果来看,该系统不仅能够缩短生产周期,减少人力成本和占地面积,而且能够实现对生产设备和生产状态的实时监控,进一步提高了对生产设备的现场管理水平。

Design of Mixed Injection Molding Production System Based on CAN-BUS
Abstract:Due to the problems of the traditional mixed injection molding production,such as the dispersed devices which take up too much area, the low production efficiency, the large number of labors, and the high-costs of the production, we designed a new mixed injection molding production system by using the CAN-BUS. This system employs two sets of injection molding production equipments and a specialized controlling conveyor. In order to meet the demands of automatic production, this system, adopting the CAN-BUS, can achieve a high-speed communication and a supervisory control with a Man-machine interface. From the application effect, this system can not only be good at shortening the cycle-time of the production, reducing the basic costs and downsizing the area for devices, but also can fulfill the function of real-time monitoring for both of the equipments and status of the production, which will enhance the level of site management for production equipments.
