中文摘要:针对气流炸药生产线管道风速控制过程具有非线性、大滞后、大惯性等特点,在精确模型难以建立的情况下,提出一种参数自校正模糊PID控制器。本文详细地阐述参数自校正模糊PID控制器的设计,将模糊控制器与PID控制器相结合,利用模糊控制器的输出来修正PID控制器的参数。在气流炸药生产线的应用表明本文提出的控制策略具有反应速度快、稳定性强和控制精度高等特点,达到了较好的控制性能。

Research on the Application of Parameter Self-tuning Fuzzy PID in Pipeline Speed Control
Abstract:According to the features of the speed control system of pipes are non-linear, large inertia and time delay, Fuzzy PID control strategy is used in this paper on the condition that the exact model of control object is hard to be built. This paper gives us a more detailed description of how the fuzzy PID control which is parameter self-tuning is designed and combines the fuzzy controller and PID controller and uses the output of fuzzy controller to modify the parameters of PID controller. The actual application shows that the strategy has some good characteristics such as fast response, high stability, high control precision and so on.
