| 中文摘要:供应商选择是企业进行决策的重要内容,也直接影响着企业竞争力。在科学合理的构建供应商评价指标体系的基础上,首先对供应商评价的数据进行主成分分析,然后建立基于BP神经网络的供应商评价模型,最后以实例验证。这两种方法相结合不仅简化了模型结构,而且较好的克服评价指标主观性强的问题,为供应商选择提供了一种新的、实用的评价方法。 |

| Research on Supplier Selection Based on Principal Component Analysis and BP Neural Network |

| Abstract:Suppliers selection is a important thing to enterprise and influence a enterprise’s competition directly. Followed the setting principles of scientific and proper, the author establishes the choosing and evaluating suppliers index system. Firstly, the paper analyzes the indexes of supplier evaluation by principal component analysis, constructs the suppliers selection and evaluation model based on BP neural network. Finally, it shows an example. The combined ways is not only simplified the model’s structure, but also supplement its deficiencies of the subjective indexes. So it is a new and practical choosing and evaluating method. |
