中文摘要:随着自动化程度的不断提高,污水厂的控制系统中的智能仪表及现场总线的应用越来越广泛。但随之而来的是各种仪表通讯协议的选择和现场总线的选择。各设备厂家设备支持的通讯协议不尽相同,为此,在污水处理控制系统的设计中,选择Profibus-DP作为全厂的总线协议,并将其它总线协议转换为Profibus-DP协议,使污水处理厂的现场总线结构统一,提高了系统的可靠性,这在系统的网络设计中具有一定的推广价值。

Application of Field Bus in the Wastewater Treatment Plant
Abstract:With the continuous improvement of the degree of automation, the use of intelligent instrumentation and field bus become more and more widely in the wastewater treatment plant control system. But a variety of instrument communication protocol selection and choice of field bus are followed. Equipment manufacturers may support different communication protocols. So, in the control system design of wastewater treatment plant, chooses the Profibus-DP as the main field bus, and converts other protocol to Profibus-DP protocol. That makes the system’s field bus unify and improves the reliability of the system, and has promotional value in network design.
