中文摘要:针对自动化生产线中物料搬运站控制要求,提出一种基于S7-200PLC控制的物料搬运站的设计方案。分别从物料搬运站的PLC系统设计、气动控制回路设计、工作流程设计、控制程序设计等方面详细论述物料搬运站的设计思路和实现方法。经实验运行测试,该物料搬运站能够实现将工件从上一工作站搬运到下一工作站的功能,且工作稳定可靠,实用性强。

Design of Handing Workstation of Automatic Production Line System
Abstract:A design of material transportation used in automatic production line system was presented in this paper, which based on S7-200 PLC. The design idea and realization method were introduced respectively from several aspects, design strategy of the PLC control system, design of pneumatic control circuit, working process, ladder diagram design and overall program debugging. The laboratory test indicate that this material transportation can carry the work-piece from a workstation to the next station and it is stable , reliable and has good practicability.
