中文摘要:针对企业物流管理信息系统敏捷性评估存在的问题，本文对其进行较为系统的研究。首先，引入层次分析法将敏捷性评估从定性评估转为定量评估；其次，提出敏捷性指标体系建立原则；最后，建立物流管理信息系统敏捷性评估CTRSPI模型，并给出每个指标的评价方法和说明，并对敏捷性指标体系中的每个指标计算方法进行了具体说明。结果表明，提出的模型能够实现敏捷性评估的定量判断，便于比较不同物流管理系统的敏捷性及其等级。

Research on Agility of Logistics Management Information System Based on AHP

Abstract:Focus on the agility assessment of the enterprise logistics management information system, this paper carried out a systematic study. First, the Analytic Hierarchy Process agility assessment is introduced in order to make a qualitative assessment into quantitative assessment; Second, it establishes the principle of agility index system; Finally, agility assessment CTRSPI model for the logistics management information system is set up, and then the paper gives each indicator evaluation method and description. What’s more, it concludes specific instructions of each indicators calculated and agility index system. The results show that the proposed model can achieve the agility assessment of quantitative judgment, is good to compare the agility and grade of the different logistics management systems.
