中文摘要:针对某型导弹选弹电子箱的测试需求,设计一种基于PC104嵌入式系统开发平台的高可靠、高精度的多路电阻检测系统,介绍该系统各功能模块的硬件电路设计,软件设计采用Labview与Visual C++混合编程方法以实现系统检测与故障诊断功能。测试表明系统实现了多路电阻的快速精确测量,并可将故障定位到具体部件。

Design of a Missile Electric Box Test System Based on PC104
Abstract:According to requirements of a guidance electronic box, a test system for missile electric box with high Reliability, high precision based on PC104 is designed. The circuit design of hardware is described in detail. The system software uses the hybrid programming method of Labview and Visual C++ to realize the functions of system test and fault diagnosis. Practical tests prove that the system realizes multiple resistance measurement quickly and accurately, it can make the fault unit fixed on the specific assembly.
