中文摘要:针对用于风扰模拟的力加载器系统,设计以DSP为核心的数字控制器。在传统的位置伺服控制的基础上,设计力反馈控制回路,同时使用前馈补偿抑制由于承载对象运动而导致的多余力。使用粒子群算法进行控制器参数整定。试验结果表明,该力加载器能够进行有效地进行各种类型的风扰模拟,具有较高的控制精度和响应速度,能够良好的克服多余力干扰。

Force Loading Device Control System Design for Wind Simulation
Abstract:A control system is designed for a force loading device which can simulate wind disturbance. DSP controller is the core in the digital control system. On the basis of the traditional position control of the motor, a force feedback control loop is designed, while using forward feed compensation inhibiting the excess force caused due to the bearing of the object motion. Using particle swarm optimization algorithm for controller’s parameter tuning. The test results show that the force loader is able to effectively perform various types of wind scrambling analog having a higher control accuracy and speed of response, and good extra force to overcome the disturbance.
