| Meteorological and Hydrological Monitoring to Files Real-time Design |

| Abstract:File-monitoring is an important part of meteorological and hydrological data transmission and processing. By analyzing the directory scan method and message notification mechanism, combined with meteorological and hydrological data transmission, processing procedures and application mode, this paper focuses on the combination of real-time and reliability requirements to file-monitoring methods, and presents a reconstruction strong, flexible application of the reported monitoring module design. |
