中文摘要:运料小车在现代化的工厂中普遍存在,传统的工厂依靠人力推车运料,这样浪费了大量的人力物力,降低了生产效率。而现代工业生产中大量运用PLC控制运料小车,并结合组态软件完成数据通信、网络管理、人机界面和数据处理,实现控制系统的实时监控、数据的实时采样与处理。鉴于此,本文探讨基于西门子公司S7-300系列PLC和亚控公司组态王组态软件的小车运动控制系统的方案设计,并在实验平台上进行调试。结果表明,该系统具有快、准、稳等优点,使生产自动化,智能化,大大提高了生产效率,降低了劳动成本,在工业小车控制领域具有广泛的应用前景。

The Design of Control System of Car Movement Based on Kingview Software
Abstract:Carriage is common in modern factories, plants rely on traditional human cart for material, so that waste a lot of manpower and material resources, reduce the production efficiency. The extensive use of modern industrial production car transport materials PLC control, and data communication, network management, human-machine interface and data processing by using configuration software, the real-time sampling and processing of real-time monitoring, data control system. In vi. In view of this, this paper discusses the design Siemens company S7-300 series PLC and Kingview configuration software control company car motion control system based on the scheme, and debugged on the experimental platform. The results show that, this system has the advantage of fast, accurate, stable, the production automation, intelligent, and greatly improves the production efficiency, reduce labor costs, has broad application foreground in the fields of industrial control car.
