| Implementation of the CBIR System Based on Color and Space Features |

| Abstract:CBIR (Content-Based Image Retrieval) is a significantly important component of multimedia information management systems. This paper provides a algorithm, the division of concentric circles-based method, that synthesizes the color and space information to extract features of image. It evidently improves the precision of retrieval and achieve better performance. |
