中文摘要:以西门子 S7-300 PLC 为核心,配合采用MCGS昆仑触摸屏,设计超微粉碎机喂料控制系统。通过PLC 开发平台STEP7的FB41功能模块进行电流PID算法设计,实现超微粉碎机喂料的自动控制,解决及时和准确调整喂料量的问题,满足系统的实时性和精度要求。

The Feeding Control System of Superfine Grinding Machine Based on PLC
Abstract:The Feeding System of Superfine Grinding Machine was designed by using the Siements S7-300 PLC as the core, combining with the touch screen from MCGS KunLun Company. Though the use of FB41 function modules from STEP7 which is the development platform of PLC, achieving the automatic control of superfine mill feeding, solving the problem which adjusted the quantity of feeding timely and accurately, meeting the real-time and accuracy requirements of the system control.
