中文摘要:探索高校应用型人才培养体系,充分利用社会各方面的资源,建立促进应用型人才培养的机制,以更好地适应当今社会对人才的需要和应对来自国际竞争的挑战,是高等教育人才培养工作面临的一个重要课题。本文采取定性与定量分析相结合的方法,构建应用型人才培养机制模型以及指标体系,采取三层结构、二级指标的方式确定指标体系的权重值,利用层次分析法对指标体系准确地计算,得出应用型人才培养过程中应该注重哪些指标,为以后培养应用型人才打下基础。

Research on System for Training Applied Talents by Analytic Hierarchy Process
Abstract:By adopting the method of the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, this article constructed the application oriented talent training mechanism model and index system. And by adopting three layers of structure and the two level index method, the weight value of the index system was determined, and the accurate calculation of index system was made by using the analytic hierarchy process. And the results show that the application talents cultivation process should pay attention to what kind of index, which lay a foundation for the future the cultivation of applied talents.
