中文摘要:原位检测技术是一种无损检测方法,可在设备运转或基本不拆卸的情况下,对某些设备零件或部位进行检查和测试。本文以飞机外挂物管理系统为研究对象,针对其设备的原位检测问题进行研究,根据飞机外挂物管理系统设备的特点,设计有针对性的原位检测系统。该检测系统要求测试设备小型化、低功耗、便于携带和能够满足外场试验检测。本系统以微控制器STM32F103ZET6为核心,将高性能的ARM芯片、ZigBee无线通信技术以及模块化的功能电路结合在一起,并最终在远程监控终端实现检测参数的显示。最后通过系统的软硬件调试,实时的显示出飞机外挂物管理系统设备的状态信息,实现了系统的设计初衷。

Research on Wireless In-situ Detector for Aircraft Store Management System
Abstract:The in-situ detector for the aircraft store management system was proposed, aiming at the problem of the loading equipment in situ detection. According to the characteristics of aircraft loading store management system equipment, the design of in situ detection system was presented. The detection system is required to be miniaturization, low power consumption, portable and suitable for field testing. This system was based on STM32F103ZET6 microcontroller, and combined the high performance ARM chip, the high-efficiency ZigBee wireless communication technology and the varied modular function circuit together, and finally displayed the parameters on the remote monitoring terminal. Finally, throughout the debugging of software and hardware, the state information of aircraft external store management system was displayed in real-time on the designed equipment, which achieved the designed requirements.
