中文摘要:近年来,低频振荡在广东电网中时有发生。为对低频振荡实施有效的控制,一是需要快速检测出电网是否发生低频振荡;二是在电网发生低频振荡的情况下,需要快速辨识出低频振荡的特征参数。为此,采用基于PMU信号的归一化峰度和滑动窗技术来实时检测电网是否发生扰动,在有扰动的情况下应用快速幂法子空间跟踪算法对低频振荡进行在线辨识。算例仿真及实际案例分析结果表明,本文所提低频振荡在线检测与辨识方法计算快速、准确,具有较好的实用性。 |

Online Detection and Identification of Low Frequency Oscillation Based on FPM |

Abstract:Recently, low frequency oscillation has occasionally taken place in power girds. There are two steps to control low frequency oscillation. Firstly, low frequency oscillation needs to be detected quickly. Secondly, the parameters of low frequency oscillation need to be identified. To this end, this paper used normalized kurtosis to judge whether the grid disturbance occurred, then applied a fast power method to identify the parameters of low frequency oscillation. The result shows that the method has the advantages of fast calculation, reliable identification, and good practicability. |
