| 中文摘要:基于ISO/IEC11179-3:2013(E)标准中概念系统模型的组织模式，对概念系统模型中的相关元素进行组织。从形式概念分析的角度出发，分析概念规范化的实质、概念与概念间的关系，并将这些通用概念与ISO/IEC11179系列中的概念相结合，提出规范化的概念系统模型构建方法SCCS，以解决概念模型中信息难以有效地集成与共享的问题。SCCS方法包括，规范化概念描述、DEC构建规则、DEC逻辑关系生成算法、规范化的概念系统构建过程。最后开发DEC注册系统，验证SCCS方法的可行性与有效性。 |

| Standardized Concept System Model Research Based on ISO/IEC 11179 |

| Abstract:In order to resolve the issues about information integration and sharing, this paper proposed the method of Standardized Construction of Concept System (SCCS) based on the organizational patterns of concepts in ISO/IEC11179-3:2013(E), and then organized the related elements in concept system. This paper also analyzed the nature of the standardized concept, the relationships among concepts, and combined these concepts with the concepts in 11179 from the point of formal logic. SCCS contains the description of standardized concept, the rules of construction of DEC, algorithm of logic relationships, and the process of the standardized construction of concept system. At last, DEC registry system was developed to check the usability of SCCS. |
