中文摘要:对lEC60044-8协议和VME总线的通信过程进行研究,并在Spartan6 FPGA上分别实现链路层通信功能和从板通信逻辑功能。本方案选择双口RAM作为异步协议之间的数据接口,实现了协议数据的透明转换。经过仿真试验验证,设计满足设计技术规范要求,已在产品中应用。

FPGA Implementation of VME and lEC60044-8 Protocols
Abstract:This paper analyzed the communication processes of lEC60044-8 protocol and VME bus. Then the logical functions of link layer communication and VME bus slave communication were realized in Spartan 6 FPGA logic. The dual port RAM was selected as data interface between two asynchronous protocols. The transparent conversion between the two protocols was implemented. The design has been verified by the simulation, and the simulation result meets the requirements of design specifications. It has been applied to equipment.
