中文摘要:幸福指数是一种主观感受、心理体验、愉悦心情的量化,对于高校教师幸福指数是在教育教学工作中,对物质、文化、精神、个人成长与价值等方面需要获得满足的一种快乐的体验。本文分析了提升高校教师幸福指数的内涵及意义,深入研究了高校教师幸福指数的关键因素并建立了模型,采取层次分析法对关键因素量化,最后以陕西省高校教师为例进行实证检验。结果证明,重点高校教师的幸福指数略高于普通高校教师,主要是教师的社会地位、人际关系、个人发展前景更好一些。总之,高校教师幸福指数来源于身心幸福、人际关系幸福、家庭幸福、收支幸福、工作幸福、个人价值幸福。

Research on the Happiness Index of College Teachers Based on AHP Model
Abstract:Happiness is a kind of subjective feeling,psychological experience,quantitative mood,happiness index is for the university teachers in the teaching work,the material,culture,spirit,personal growth and value to a happy experience satisfaction. This paper analyzes the connotation and significance of improving college teachers happiness index. The key factors of in-depth study of the university teachers happiness index and establish the model,adopt AHP to quantify key factors,finally to college teachers in Shaanxi province as an example of empirical test. The results showed that the teachers in key universities happiness index is slightly higher than that of ordinary teachers,teachers is the main social status,interpersonal relationship,personal development better. In short,university teachers happiness index from the physical and mental well-being,interpersonal relationship happiness,family happiness,balance of happiness,work happiness,personal happiness value.
