中文摘要:随着电网对供电电压要求的不断提升,变压器有载分接开关的动作次数不断增多,其操作不良和机械故障率也相应增加。国内现有载分接开关的运行检修主要采用离线定期检修方式,工作量大、效率低、故障诊断精度不高。本文从振动信号采集、信号预处理、故障特征信号提取、智能诊断四个方面,介绍了一种基于声学振动的有载分接开关故障诊断技术,并对该技术的发展提出了展望。

Research on Fault Diagnosis of On load Tap Changer Based on Acoustic Vibration
Abstract:With the improving of voltage supply voltage by the power grid,the action of on load tap changer increased,the unsuccessful operation and mechanical failure also increased.The operation of the domestic existing on load tap changer maintenance mainly adopts off line preventive maintenance,big workload,low efficiency and inaccurate fault diagnosis precision is brought.Based on vibration signal sampling,signal preprocessing,fault characteristic signal detection and intelligent diagnosis,a kind of on load tap changer fault diagnosis technology based on acoustic vibration is introduced,and the prospect for the development of the technology is put forward.
