中文摘要:为了满足现今自动包装行业高生产效率的要求,研究并设计了辅助包装机工作的整理机系统。本研究采用飞思卡尔DSP56F8037处理器为控制器,通过光电传感器检测物料状态,进而控制变频器以及伺服电机的动作,使物料可以均匀、高效地进入包装机完成包装。通过测试,验证了该方案的有效性,极大提高了生产效率。

Research of Finishing Systems Based on DSP56F8037
Abstract:In order to satisfy today’s high efficiency requirements in automatic packaging industry,this paper designed a finishing machine system to assist the work of packaging machines.This design used a Freescale DSP as a controller,used photoelectric sensors to detect the state of material.By the single,DSP controls the frequency converter and servo motor’s movements to make sure the material can be evenly and efficiently into the packaging machine to complete the package.Through the test,the validity of the design is possible and it can improve the production efficiency greatly.
