中文摘要:为了创新电力营销服务,基于受众程度高的微信公众平台的特点及其优势,结合营销供电服务内容,本文设计了电网企业基于微信在在线服务、资源共享、个性定制、智能互动等方面的服务体系,并进行电力营销微信平台的构建与实现。“甘肃电力营销微信平台”的运营结果表明,该微信服务平台稳定可靠,用户满意度高并且极大地推动电力营销服务向前发展。

Design of WeChat Public Platform for Electric Power Marketing
Abstract:In order to innovate the power marketing service,based on the characteristics and advantages of the WeChat public platform with high audience level,this paper,combining with the content of marketing power supply service,design a novel service system for power grid enterprise based on WeChat in online service,resource sharing,personalized customization,then construct a micro-platform for power marketing and implement the platform.The operation results of Gansu Power Marketing WeChat Platform show that the micro-service platform is stable and reliable,with high customer satisfaction and greatly promote the development of power marketing services.
