中文摘要:针对梯级泵站运行成本高、能耗大这一问题,结合不同时段的电价差异,以费用最低和能耗最低为运行准则,确定目标函数和约束条件,建立优化调度数学模型。模型的求解运用了MATLAB的线性规划函数,计算出梯级泵站的优化流量及最佳开机组合。设计完成以后,建立基于J2EE技术架构的梯级泵站优化调度系统,以某四级泵站为例进行了实验结果的验证。

Design and Implementation of Pumping Station Optimal Dispatching System
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of cascade pumping stations of high operation cost, large energy consumption, combined with the price difference in different period, with the lowest cost and minimum energy consumption for operation standards, determine the objective function and constraints, the establishment of a mathematical model of optimal operation. The model is solved by the linear programming function of MATLAB, and the optimal flow and optimal boot combination of cascade pumping stations are calculated. After the completion of the design, the optimal dispatching system of cascade pumping stations based on J2EE technology framework is established, and the test results are verified by taking a four stage pumping station as an example.
