中文摘要:洪水灾害危害程度高,而且难预防。对孕育灾害的环境因素和研究地区洪水灾害发生危险性评价分区进行分析和研究,设计一个较为健全的洪水灾害孕育环境分区和评价危险性指标的体系。采用层次分析(AHP)法计算各个因素在评价过程中权重值,结合GIS技术进行空间分析和数据处理,得出洪灾害孕育环境分区图和地区受灾害损失大小评估图。以乐山市为实例进行分析,实验证明了得出的分析结果符合实际情况。为相关灾害的分析预测和评估,提供了一种技术方法。

FloodRisk Analysis and Assessment Based on AHP Method
Abstract:The flood disasters are highly dangerous and difficult to prevent.By analyzing and studying the environmental factors of breeding disasters and the regionalization of risk assessment for flood disasters, designs a relatively sound flood disaster breeding environment zoning and evaluation risk index system. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to calculate the weight value of each factor in the evaluation process, and spatial analysis and data processing are carried out with GIS technology. The environmental zoning map of flood disaster breeding and the assessment map of disaster loss are obtained. Taking Leshan city as an example, the experimental results show that the analysis results accord with the actual situation and provide a technical method for the analysis, prediction and evaluation of the related disasters.
