中文摘要:基于半导体制冷技术,针对航天、军事、医疗、生物制品、车载等特殊有限工作空间的独特需求,设计了体积小、成本低、性能高、结构合理紧凑、功耗低且节能环保的微型半导体温控箱箱体,并对温控箱的温度及变化速率等各种参数能够实时精确控制,为高性能生物制剂、功能材料等的实验室制备方法以及性能研究提供技术支撑。本文选用TEC-12706半导体制冷片并进行了半导体制冷原理进行验证实验。半导体恒温箱采用强制对流方式,提高了储藏室空气之间的热交换率,由此在距离储藏室内胆一定距离的三维空间区域形成一个恒温控制区,该区域内温度均匀无差异,且能迅速响应半导体片的温度切换。仿真表明,该系统具有结构简单、控制精度高、可靠性好、性能稳定等优点,具有广泛的应用前景。

Simulation of Constant Temperature Control Based on Semiconductor Refrigeration Technology
Abstract:For aerospace,military,medical,biological products,vehicles,such as the unique needs of a limited working space,we designed a micro semiconductor refrigeration with the characteristics of small size,low cost,high-performance,reasonable and compact structure,low power consumption,energy saving and environmental protection.It can be accurately controlled at any time that the temperature and the change rate of the semiconductor refrigeration can provide technical support for laboratory preparation methods and performance studies of high-performance biological agents,functional materials.In this paper,TEC-12706 semiconductor refrigeration chip is selected to preform the semiconductor refrigeration principle test.The heat exchange rate between the air in the storage room is improved by adopting the method of forced convection.Thus,a constant temperature control area is formed in a three-dimensional space area of a certain distance from the storage chamber in which there is no difference in temperature and can quickly respond to the temperature switch of the semiconductor chip.The simulation results shows that this system has a simple struture,high control accuracy,high raliability,stable performance,so ot has a very broad application prospects.
