中文摘要:在pH值中和过程中,由于溶液的酸碱度对产品的质量以及环境有着很大的影响,pH值控制最为重要,因为pH 值对溶液的物理,化学性质都有影响,对其进行控制有很大的意义,因此必须对pH值进行控制。在pH值中和过程的离散化模型的基础上,分析了pH值中和过程的非线性特点,结合迭代学习控制理论,给出P型的具有学习能力的迭代学习智能控制方法,可实现在时间区间上的完全跟踪任务。仿真结果表明,当迭代次数趋于无穷时,P型迭代学习控制方法可以实现对期望值的完全跟踪,验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:The pH valu must be controlleel in the pH neutralization process,because the size of pH value has a great influence on the quality of the products and the environment.the pH value control is most important,because the pH value has an effect on the physical and chemical properties of the solution,it has great significance to controlthe pH value.We analyzed the non-linear characteristics of pH value of the neutralization process and combined with the theory of iterative learning control based on the discrete model of pH neutralization process, we propose P-type iterative learning intelligent control method with learning ability, which can realize the full tracking task on time interval. Simulation results show when the number of iterations tends to infinity,P-type iterative learning control method can achieve complete tracking of the expected value,and the validity of the method is verified.
