中文摘要:研究高校行政人员工作考核评价,不仅有利于高校人事管理制度的改革和发展,也有利于提高行政人员工作质量与效率;还有利于提高行政人员工作协同和创新能力。采用层次分析法研究高校行政人员工作考核评价体系,分析了目前高校行政人员工作考核评价存在的问题、建立科学合理的高校行政人员工作考核评价机制的意义与作用,探索出了一套行之有效的高校行政人员工作考核评价模型,从品德、能力、勤政、绩效、廉政5个方面进行研究,采取定量与定性相结合的方式计算20个详细考核指标的权重值,最后对一位行政人员工作情况进行打分考核,得出准确的考核结果。目的是改善当前高校对行政人员工作考核办法,提高高校管理水平和合作氛围。

Research on the Assessment of Administrative Staff in Universities Based on AHP Model
Abstract:Research on the evaluation of university administrative staff work not only conducive to the reform and development of personnel management system in colleges and universities,but also help to improve the quality and efficiency of administrative staff work;but also help to improve the administrative staff work synergy and innovation ability.In this paper,the use of analytic hierarchy process to study the work of college administrative staff assessment system,analysis of the current college staff assessment of the existing problems,establish a scientific and reasonable university staff evaluation and evaluation mechanism significance and explore a set of Effective university administrative staff work evaluation model,from the five aspects of morality,ability,diligence,performance,and clean government to carry out research,quantitative and qualitative methods to calculate the weight of 20 detailed assessment indicators,and finally an administrative Staff work scoring assessment,come to accurate assessment results.The purpose is to improve the assessment methods of administrative staff in current colleges and universities and to improve the management level and atmosphere of cooperation in colleges and universities.
