| 中文摘要:以中国空间技术研究院的电子文件归档管理系统开发设计为背景，在深入研究单位现行归档业务过程及其管理模式、管理制度，全面分析已有AVIDM系统数据结构和体系结构的基础上，提出了符合产品文件全生命周期管理实际的系统功能性、非功能性需求，提出了符合AVIDM框架的电子文件归档管理系统总体设计思想和总体系统结构，确定了系统的功能模块/单元划分，为完成系统的详细设计、逻辑实现和调试测试奠定了基础。 |

| Overall Design of Electronic Document Archiving Management System |

| Abstract:Taking the development and design of electronic document archiving management system of China Academy of Space Technology as the background，on the basis of a thorough study of the process and management mode and management system of the Academy's current archive business，and a comprehensive analysis of the data structure and system structure of the existing AVIDM system，this paper puts forward the system functional and nonfunctional requirements in line with the practical situation of whole life cycle of product documentation，proposes the overall design thought and system structure of the document archiving management system which conforms to AVIDM framework，and determine the division of function modules/units of the system，laying a solid foundation for the system's completion of detailed design，logic implementation and debugging test. |
