中文摘要:提出了基于可变间歇时间控制的高速自适应单相重合闸方案,在简述重合闸物理机理的基础上,设计了一种混合方案进行次级灭弧来提高系统的稳定性。通过对间歇时间变化的适应性来提高重合闸的成功率,利用初始断路器开路后的电压瞬变波形模式推导灭弧时间的均方根值跟踪方法,最后在750 kV架空输电线路系统上进行了多种故障位置的测试。结果表明:所提出的方案可以显著地减少次级电弧的灭弧时间,加速输电系统在瞬态故障条件下重合闸的正常运行,并且基于可变间歇时间控制的自适应单相重合闸方案可以作管理高压输电运行的有效方法。

High Speed Adaptive Single-phase Reclosing Technology for Overhead Transmission Lines
Abstract:A high-speed adaptive single-phase reclosure scheme based on variable interval time control is proposed. Based on the physical mechanism of reclosure, a hybrid scheme is designed for secondary arc extinguishing to improve the stability of the system. The success rate of reclosure is improved by the adaptability of intermittent time variation. The root mean square tracking method of arc extinguishing time is deduced by using the voltage transient waveform mode after the initial circuit breaker is opened. Finally, a variety of fault locations are tested on 750 kV overhead transmission line system. The results show that the proposed scheme can be obvious. It can reduce the arc extinguishing time of secondary arc and accelerate the reclosure of power transmission system under transient fault conditions. The adaptive single-phase reclosure scheme based on variable intermittent time control can be used as an effective method to manage the operation of HV transmission.
