中文摘要:提出了一种考虑含分布式光伏发电系统的配电网调度新型概率潮流(PPF)算法,研究了随着光伏发电(PV)产生电力和负载而带来的不确定性影响。在PPF算法中自调度策略弥补了光伏发电对并网不确定性影响结果的作用。所提出的PPF算法基于累积量法对概率变量的分布进行了Gramm-Charlier级数展开。同时,还提出了一种考虑不确定性经济调度中的概率最优功率调度策略,并以过载概率为约束条件对总成本期望值进行了优化。利用国网某地区电力系统对所提出的PPF算法进行了测试,并与Monte Carlo模拟法进行了比较。

Probability Flow Analysis of Distribution Network with Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation System
Abstract:This paper proposes a consider including new probability distribution network dispatching trend of distributed photovoltaic system (PPF) algorithm,impact of uncertainty is studied with the photovoltaic(PV) power and load. In the PPF algorithm, the self-scheduling strategy makes up the effect of photovoltaic power generation on the result of grid uncertainty. The proposed PPF algorithm is based on the cumulative quantity method to carry out the gramm-charlier series for the distribution of probability variables. At the same time, this paper proposes an optimal power scheduling strategy for uncertain economic scheduling, and optimizes the total cost expectation based on the overload probability.The PPF algorithm is tested and compared with Monte Carlo simulation method.
